You may enter once for each package.. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received by the last day of the period indicated on the package. Packages are awarded quarterly. Winners are determined by random drawings from all entries received by www.thegolfspot.com and notified within 5 business days by email.
The packages will be described in full on the website promotion page. Packages are not transferable. Alternate packages or cash are not offered.. Winners will be required to provide identification and a letter of eligibility along with a publicity release, which must be returned to The Golfspot at the address provided within 10 days of the notification. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to post winners’ names on The Golfspot website and the use of the winner’s name for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
The offer is open to golfers 18 years of age with a legal handicap and residents of the United States. logging on to www.thegolfspot.com from within the United States. These drawings are subject to all applicable laws in the United States.
Employees of sponsor(s), parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are ineligible. Residents of the states of Florida and New York are not eligible for packages valued at more than $5000. Residents of Puerto Rico are ineligible.
Entrants may be prohibited from participating in the drawings if they attempt to enter the program through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the drawings or circumvent the rules or act in an unsportsmanlike manner. All decisions are final.
