Notice of cancellation must be faxed to The Golfspot in writing. Cancellation fees are assessed on the portion of any booking to cover administrative cost and non-recoverable prepayments made to suppliers in accordance with the suppliers policies and procedures. If insurance covers the package all fees are refunded except the cost of the insurance. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of written request "30 days in advance of travel date".
